Our personal experiences of being from multicultural backgrounds, and then moving to Taiwan and how our cultures affected how we integrated into life here. I am so impressed by Eddy's insightful perspectives, growth mindset, and successful entrepreneurial road as owner of Eddy's Cantina.
Mindset is key
Having a positive mindset when you find yourself outside of your cultural comfort zone is key to thriving in today's world, so it was great to meet Eddy and notice his high levels of cultural intelligence as a business owner, father, and member of Taipei's international community.
I highly recommend being a podcast guest! I've been speaking on podcasts for a few years now and find it's a great way to not only expand my world, but also to distill my thoughts and mark my professional progress by going back and listening to what I was talking about three years ago versus now.
